About Your Family
I have two parents and a huge extended family, but as for my own family... not yet, but some day!
About Your Career
Well my career is still in it's baby stages, but I'm actually very content. I film and edit video for Living Hope Church. It's so fulfilling to see something you create every week effect people. I love film ministry and want to stay in it, in some way my whole life. Sure, it doesn't pay all that well, but I'm fine with that, 'cause that's not what it's about. God's blessed me with a job doing what love, I can't thank him enough.
Comments About Your VSAA Experience
Ahhhh, the art school! I loved my time there. I am still dumbfounded, by how wonderful and accepting the culture was there. I hope that never changes! The teacher bonds helped out so much. They made me feel valued and needed, oh, they're awesome! I learned so much there, way more then I think I would've anywhere else. Not only did I get a rigorous education that was hands on, I got the teachers, students, and guest artists pouring into my life with there art, experiences, and general wisdom. It was quite funny, because I don't think I fully appreciated what I got out of my time there until I left and went to college and realized that they really did prepare VSAA students to flourish once they left, way more then my peers from other schools, of course there are the exceptions, but for the most part...I was pretty pumped that all those core projects paid off in the end.
Comments On Your Continued Interest in Art
Besides film, I still really love to dance. So, I joined a performing arts ministry team that travels. I get to do dance and theater with that, but I still have a huge itching urge to choreograph a piece of my own, so I should get on that! Also lately, I have wanted to do more visual art. I didn't focus in that, but I'm in the process of moving, and I rediscovered all these great unused art supplies my grandparents had given me when they heard I was going to an "Art" school. I don't think they understood we did more then just visual art, but that's okay, they're really nice art supplies and I haven't touched them since sixth grade, so I think I'm gonna touch them now and hopefully create something I don't hate.
Favorite Classmates/Staff
Oh, my, I don't know. Everyone there helped shape me into what I am now. However, Tresvan was my Advocate/dance/humanities/core teacher so I'm pretty close to her. And despite the bad rap he gets which I've heard a lot of talk about, but haven't seen the proof, Galeno to me was nice, caring, smart, talented, and really wanted to see his students succeed. He was always so willing to work with you to help you not get stressed or discouraged. He was just a misunderstood man, that I don't think got the respect he should have. Anywho, I could go on for pages about every teacher, but I probably don't have enough space. Man, they were all so great in they're own ways. Same with the students I'm just so glad to have been a student there, and meet all those amazing artists around me. Go VSAA!

Hello...I would actually use this if more post-VSAA students sign up! But um, yeah...

The Humane Society project is going well. A little slow -- on their part -- but again, if I get offer this job again next year, I will flat out say "No, thanks!" :)

But um, I'm curious, when will Kevin be moving back to Florida? I know you said we will be going to that Japanese market in two weeks, but I think I have to work on that day -- but I'm not sure yet. I'll keep you updated, but I know for sure I will be open next Monday for your house warming "party". Oh, who is coming, and who do I have to pick up. Could you just pick ALL of us up? :)

Take care, later!

Take care, later!
